Rolling hills and shimmering lakes create an idyllic backdrop for life within Tuscan Lakes. Neighbors gather for fun at the Cypress Point Recreation Center, a community hub for Mommy and Me play dates, poolside weekends and splash pad revelry. The resort-style pool caters to adults and children alike, with active play zones, lap swimming and areas for relaxation. The zero-entry splash pad is a favorite among young residents who delight in the pop-up fountains and other spray elements. With nearly 5,300-square-feet of water play, the pool wraps around a large circular berm landscaped with Italian cypress trees.
The Cypress Point outdoor pavilion, a modern day piazza that is shaded by a picturesque arbor, offers a massive fireplace for year-round use. Children slide, swing and climb at the expansive playground, with play structures for younger and older children and rolling terrain for added fun.
Meandering pedestrian walkways link the complex to the community hike-and-bike trail system, lined with Italian cypress trees, wildflowers and Tuscan-inspired accents.
Tuscan Lakes residents will soon have more options for fun as work continues on phase 2 of Nicola Park. The expansion includes a pavilion anchored by a fireplace and a premier splash pad the kids will love. Residents are already enjoying a shaded playground and picnic areas within the 3-acre complex. Landscaped rolling terrain, Italian Cypress trees and Italian-inspired architecture add to the ambiance of Nicola Park.
